Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests from welcome to farewell, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages in accordance with our high-quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain service stations before, during, and after service to ensure a smooth operation.
- Support the Chef de Rang or, based on experience, independently manage a service station.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and front office teams to enhance the guest experience.
