Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service to our guests in the restaurant, bar, and during events.
- Ensure a memorable dining experience by taking care of guests from welcome to farewell.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages according to our quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain service stations before, during, and after service.
- Support the Chef de Rang or, depending on experience, independently manage a service station.
- Ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and front office teams.
