Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Rosenberg Team and help create an exceptional atmosphere for both our customers and staff members.
Your Responsibilities
- Mise en Place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and exclusive events.
- Post-service cleaning tasks.
- Follow instructions from DH Supervisors.
- Work up to 10 hours per day.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Work 5 days a week, with a maximum of 50 hours.
Candidate Profile
We are particularly interested in candidates who:
- Are energetic, well-organized, and structured.
- Exhibit flexibility, open-mindedness, independence, and a desire to further develop their skills.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and professional organizational skills.
- Can thrive in a busy environment.
- Are fluent in English.
- Reside and work in Switzerland, possess the right to work in Switzerland, or are citizens of EU/EFTA member states.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar position is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a dedicated work ethic.
- A deep understanding of and interest in cultural diversity.
- Commitment to the ongoing development and excellence of Institut auf dem Rosenberg and alignment with the school's values and ethos.
- Ability to work split shifts.
