Job Opportunity: Service Coordinator
Join an esteemed industrial company for a contract duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension. This role offers a workload of 80% to 100%, located in either Zuzwil or Baden. We are looking to fill the position as soon as possible.
Your Tasks
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate service technicians across Switzerland, considering availability, qualifications, proximity, and urgency.
- Organize and manage service orders, including maintenance, repairs, and installations in the medium and low voltage range.
- Collaborate closely with internal clients, including project management and the service team, for effective planning and execution of daily service activities.
- Serve as a central interface, continuously monitoring resource planning and adapting to changes, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and business success.
Your Profile
- Completed technical or commercial training.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in service planning, such as a service dispatcher or service coordinator in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the maintenance, service, commissioning, and repair of electrical systems or equipment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, coupled with resilience.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems, with ideal experience in Salesforce.
- Fluent in German, both spoken and written; proficiency in English and French is a plus.
