Position: Service Business Project Manager S/4HANA (m/f/d)
As the Service Business Project Manager for S/4HANA within the S/4HANA FLASH Team, you will coordinate cross-functional service operations and ERP initiatives, fostering collaboration across the Global Service Operations landscape. You will lead projects aimed at ERP and process improvement, including regulatory and localization initiatives such as tax reforms and company code implementations. This role involves close collaboration with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and application teams as well as taking ownership of Service S/4HANA User Access Management (UAM) governance.
This position is based in Baden, Switzerland.
Your Responsibilities:

S/4HANA Project Management & E-Invoicing Enablement:
- Lead small- to medium-sized continuous improvement and regulatory projects within the global Service Operations S/4HANA environment.
- Support cross-functional ERP initiatives to ensure successful operational integration and adoption.
- Oversee the rollout of E-Invoicing processes, aligning with strategies defined by the Global E-Invoicing & Digital Tax Manager.
- Coordinate activities with stakeholders and collaborate closely with IT, GPOs, and business teams.
- Identify improvement opportunities across service processes and contribute to sustainable optimization.

User Access & Test Management Governance:
- Maintain and improve User Access Management processes for the Service SAP S/4HANA landscape.
- Define and implement the global User Access Management operating model.
- Ensure consistent governance and timely resolution of access issues across the Service organization.
- Manage audit-compliant test management frameworks for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud releases.
- Drive continuous improvement actions based on operational feedback and audit findings.
Your Background:
- University degree or equivalent higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, operational excellence, and process improvement techniques.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA with practical experience in SD, PS, and EPPM; familiarity with Microsoft CRM is a plus.
- Experience in User Access Management, including role design and access governance.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to work independently while collaborating effectively in teams.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and excellent communication skills across organizational levels.
- International business experience and cultural competence are essential.
- Language proficiency: English (C1 or above required); German (B2 or above preferred).
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 5–10%).
