Position Overview: Service Business Project Manager S/4HANA (m/f/d)
In this role, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating cross-functional service operations and ERP initiatives within the S/4HANA FLASH Team and the broader Global Service Operations landscape. Based in Baden, Switzerland, you will lead ERP and process improvement projects alongside Global Process Owners (GPOs) and application teams, focusing on regulatory and localization initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
- S/4HANA Project Management & E-Invoicing Enablement:
- Lead small- to medium-sized continuous improvement and regulatory projects within the global Service Operations S/4HANA environment.
- Support cross-functional ERP initiatives such as tax reforms and organizational changes to ensure successful operational integration.
- Oversee the rollout and stabilization of E-Invoicing processes, particularly within the Order-to-Cash area.
- Coordinate rollout activities, ensuring readiness tracking, testing coordination, and post-go-live follow-up with stakeholders.
- Identify and drive improvement opportunities within service processes in collaboration with GPOs.
- User Access & Test Management Governance:
- Manage User Access Management processes for the Service SAP S/4HANA landscape.
- Implement and govern the global User Access Management operating model.
- Coordinate user role governance and access activities across the Service organization.
- Develop and refine an audit-compliant test management framework.
- Define and monitor relevant KPIs and drive remediation actions based on findings.
Your Background:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, operational excellence, and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, particularly in SD, PS, and EPPM.
- Experience with User Access Management, including role design and access governance.
- Excellent analytical skills coupled with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience communicating with senior stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 5–10%).
- Language skills: English (C1 or above required); knowledge of German is a plus.
