Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Rosenberg Team, contributing to the creation of an exceptional environment for both our customers and staff members.
Your Responsibilities
- Mise en Place for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
- Service of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and at Exclusive Events
- Post-service Cleaning Tasks
- Working under the guidance of DH Supervisors
- Team Collaboration
- Working up to 10 hours per day, 5 days a week (max. 50 hours)
Ideal Candidates Will
- Exhibit energy, organization, and a structured approach
- Be flexible, open-minded, independent, and eager to enhance their skills
- Possess meticulous attention to detail and professional organizational skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Be fluent in English
- Be a resident working in Switzerland, hold the right to work in Switzerland, or be a citizen of an EU/EFTA member state
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is expected
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic
- Have a profound understanding of and interest in cultural diversity
- Display a commitment to the ongoing development and excellence of the Institut auf dem Rosenberg, aligning with our values and ethos
- Able to work split shifts
