Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Rosenberg Team, dedicated to fostering an exceptional environment for both our customers and staff members.
Your Responsibilities
Your tasks will typically include:
- Mise en Place: Preparation for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and exclusive events
- Service: Assisting during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and exclusive events
- Cleaning tasks following each service
- Following directions from DH Supervisors
- Working up to 10 hours per day
- Collaborating effectively as part of a team
- Working 5 days a week, with a maximum of 50 hours
Candidate Profile
We are particularly interested in candidates who:
- Are energetic, well-organized, and highly structured
- Possess flexibility, open-mindedness, independence, and a desire for skill development
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and professional organization skills
- Can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Are fluent in English
- Reside in Switzerland or possess the right to work in Switzerland, or are citizens of EU/EFTA member states
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is expected
- Strong interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic
- A deep understanding of and interest in cultural diversity
- A commitment to the ongoing development and excellence of Institut auf dem Rosenberg and adherence to the school’s values
- Ability to work split shifts
