About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Rosenberg Team, dedicated to creating an exceptional environment for our customers and staff members.
Your Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Mise en Place: Preparing for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and exclusive events
- Service: Delivering meals during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and at special events
- Post-service cleaning tasks
- Working under the guidance of DH Supervisors
- Contributing to a team environment
- Working up to 10 hours a day with a maximum of 50 hours across 5 days a week
We Are Looking For Candidates Who:
- Are energetic, organized, and highly structured
- Are flexible, open-minded, and eager to further develop their skills
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Can thrive in a busy environment
- Are fluent in English
- Are residents eligible to work in Switzerland or citizens of EU/EFTA member states
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a diligent work ethic
- A deep understanding of and appreciation for cultural diversity
- Dedication to the ongoing development and excellence of Institut auf dem Rosenberg, along with a commitment to its values
- Ability to work split shifts
