Position Overview
We are in search of a motivated individual to join our Rosenberg team, focused on cultivating an exceptional atmosphere for both our customers and staff members.
Your Responsibilities
Typical duties include:
- Mise en Place: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and exclusive events
- Service: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and during exclusive events
- Post-service cleaning tasks
- Collaboration under the guidance of DH Supervisors
- Working up to 10 hours a day
- Team collaboration
- 5-day work week, max. 50 hours
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are particularly eager to hear from candidates who:
- Are energetic, well-organized, and highly structured
- Possess flexibility, an open mind, independence, and a desire for continuous development
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and professional organizational skills
- Able to thrive in a busy environment
- Are fluent in English
- Reside and work in Switzerland, or have the right to work in Switzerland, or hold citizenship in an EU/EFTA member state
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and work ethic
- A deep understanding of and appreciation for cultural diversity
- Dedication to continuous improvement and excellence at the Institut auf dem Rosenberg, aligning with our values and ethos
- Able to work split shifts
