Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries, managing HR requests from initiation to closure, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service, aiming for quick resolution of queries while consistently striving to exceed expectations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of business operations and structure, including key contacts, to provide effective support.
  • Offer ad-hoc assistance and guidance in the execution of HR calendar events (e.g., IDP, Bonus salary review).
  • Utilize multiple HR and Payroll systems to assist in resolving customer inquiries.
  • Share process-related customer feedback with the Service Specialist and propose new HR technology solutions to enhance daily operations.
  • Monitor essential HR Services & Solutions metrics.
  • Initiate changes in Workday as per defined processes.
  • Provide proactive advisory support on HR processes for HRBP’s and line managers.
  • Contribute to local projects affecting Human Resources.
  • Demonstrate awareness of the roles of various HR functions and teams within the organization.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Promote the use of the case tool within the Human Resources department, acting as the subject matter expert for the tool.
  • Operate within SLAs, focusing on delivering an excellent customer journey.
  • Provide guidance on a wide range of key HR processes.
  • Engage in active collaboration on ad-hoc projects as necessary and perform any other job duties as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Education as "Personalfachfrau/-mann" or a university degree (Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration).
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, structured working attitude.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational resilience.
  • Ability to navigate and effectively communicate in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Extensive experience (3-5 years) within HR administration or HR shared services.
  • Fluent in German and Business English.
