Welcome to the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship starting in 2026.

The team operates from three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany, is renowned as one of the most advanced facilities in Europe. The Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland, is recognized for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. Additionally, the Audi Motorsport Technical Center in the UK is in its launch phase and continuously evolving. Our power unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage daily liquidity and forecast cash flow across multiple legal entities and currencies (CHF, USD, GBP).
  • Develop, implement, and monitor short- and long-term funding strategies, including intercompany financing.
  • Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to ensure smooth execution of all treasury transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial and treasury regulations as well as internal policies.
  • Prepare regular reports and analyses on liquidity, financing, cash position, and risk and asset management for Senior Management.
  • Asset Management: Optimize the allocation of surplus funds and continuously monitor investment portfolios to maximize returns.
  • Manage insurance contracts, coordinate claims, and ensure adequate risk coverage in collaboration with our broker.
  • Establish, implement, and further develop a treasury platform/tools (e.g., SAP-based interfaces) to digitalize and optimize processes.

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a comparable qualification; treasury certifications (e.g., ACT, CTP) are an advantage.
  • Several years of professional experience in a treasury environment within an international company or financial institution.
  • In-depth knowledge of liquidity planning, financing, cash management, and FX topics.
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), SAP modules, or comparable platforms; strong IT affinity.
  • Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and a pronounced understanding of financial interrelationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in dealing with banks and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive personality with the ability to establish new processes and continuously improve them.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
