Welcome to the Audi Revolut F1® Team! Audi is set to compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship starting in 2026.

Our team operates from three locations: the Audi Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany, one of the most modern facilities of its kind in Europe; the Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland, renowned for its innovative technologies and passionate commitment to racing; and the Audi Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which is currently in its launch phase and continuously expanding. While our power unit is developed in Neuburg, Hinwil is primarily responsible for chassis development and race operations.

Your Role

  • Manage daily liquidity and cash flow forecasting for multiple legal entities across various currencies (CHF, USD, GBP).
  • Develop, implement, and monitor short- and long-term funding strategies, including intercompany financing.
  • Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to ensure the seamless execution of treasury transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial and treasury regulations, as well as internal policies.
  • Prepare regular reports and analyses on liquidity, financing, cash position, risk, and asset management for senior management.
  • Optimize the allocation of surplus funds and monitor investment portfolios to maximize returns.
  • Manage insurance contracts, coordinate claims, and ensure adequate risk coverage in collaboration with our broker.
  • Establish and enhance treasury platforms/tools (e.g., SAP-based interfaces) to digitalize and optimize processes.

Your Profile

  • A completed degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a comparable qualification; treasury certifications (e.g., ACT, CTP) are advantageous.
  • Several years of professional experience in a treasury environment within an international company or financial institution.
  • In-depth knowledge of liquidity planning, financing, cash management, and foreign exchange topics.
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), SAP modules, or similar platforms; strong IT affinity.
  • Strong analytical skills, a structured working style, and a deep understanding of financial interrelationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills when engaging with banks and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive personality capable of establishing new processes and continuously improving them.
  • Proficiency in both German and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
