Job Opportunity: Senior Test Automation Engineer

We are currently seeking a talented Senior Test Automation Engineer for our client. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement scalable test automation solutions for complex software applications. You will also optimize CI/CD pipelines and ensure software quality through comprehensive automated testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test strategies covering unit, integration, system, UI, stress, and performance testing.
• Build, enhance, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient test execution.
• Execute stress and performance tests, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with development teams to improve software quality and system performance.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and product managers to establish shift-left testing approaches and promote quality-first engineering practices.
• Leverage AI-powered coding and automation tools to improve test creation, maintenance, and optimization.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in test automation, including multi-layered testing frameworks, stress testing, and performance testing.
• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and modern test automation tools such as Ranorex, Playwright, Cypress, and GitLab CI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a quality-first mindset.
• Experience with AI-powered automation tools, penetration testing, or working in regulated environments is considered a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills.
