Join Our Team as a Senior System Administrator

We are seeking a Senior System Administrator to become a vital member of our expanding IT team. If you are passionate about making a difference and advancing environmental sustainability within a mission-driven organization, we would love to hear from you. This role offers the potential for a 60-100% workload, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of rationalizing our tooling stack, including structured account and vendor management, decommissioning outdated tools, and migrating necessary assets.
  • Management of our disaster recovery policies.
  • Oversight of our information security risk management and deployment of mitigation strategies.
  • Monitoring and maintenance of our cloud-based tools and IT infrastructure.
  • Oversight of our hybrid network maintenance.
  • Onboarding and offboarding contributors, including account and device management.
  • Management of our device portfolio to ensure safety and efficiency for all team members.
  • Providing first-line support for internal IT issues.
  • Contributing to the operation of our GRC-platform-based ISMS.
  • Integrating our tooling stack with centralized cloud-based identity management for streamlined account management.
  • Drafting and implementing policies to support our ISO27001 certification through our GRC platform.
  • Proactively communicating with the management team regarding any policy deviations.
  • Enhancing our InfoSec awareness by educating team members.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in M365 management.
  • Experience with SaaS tooling management.
  • Familiarity with IdP and SSO setup through Azure AD or Entra.
  • Experience with ISMS operation.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell.
  • Network administration skills.

Recommended Skills

  • Experience in Cloud Infrastructure management (AWS, Digital Ocean, Azure).
  • Knowledge of InfoSec practices.
