Position: Senior Structural Analysis Engineer with a focus on Aircraft Primary Structures

Location: Luzern, Switzerland

Contract: Permanent contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and substantiation of aircraft primary structures, including metallic and composite components.
• Develop and maintain finite element models using Femap / Nastran.
• Conduct static strength, fatigue, and damage tolerance analyses in accordance with certification requirements.
• Support structural sizing, optimization, and design activities.

Our Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• A degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in structural analysis of aircraft primary structures.
• Strong expertise with Femap and Nastran.
• Solid knowledge of aircraft structures, both metallic and composite.
• The ability to work autonomously in complex, high-responsibility roles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary and international teams.
