Position: Senior Enterprise Architect
We are excited to announce that we are seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our growing team to support and lead SAP implementation and migration projects. This is a pivotal role, and if selected, you will join us on an 18-month Fixed Term Contract. In this position, you will spearhead highly complex projects requiring in-depth domain knowledge and ECC to S4 HANA migration expertise. Additionally, you will serve as the ERP SAP technical lead, managing the day-to-day operations of our existing ECC ERP SAP system. You will drive the migration project from the selection of the implementation partner through each stage to the initial development of readiness activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of project and data delivery platforms with reusable components across teams that can be orchestrated together in various methods to benefit different businesses.
- Effectively monitor and control costs within the organization.
- Lead and coordinate technical and business discussions regarding future architecture direction across the product portfolio or product line.
- Analyze, design, and develop a cohesive roadmap and implementation plan based on a current versus future state in a unified architectural viewpoint.
- Review and develop architectural requirements at the domain level within the product portfolio or team.
- Participate in the enterprise architecture domain governance model.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technologies, industry, and market trends to support project development and/or operational activities.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) with significant experience.
- Extensive experience in SAP implementation projects, particularly ECC to S4 HANA migrations.
- Demonstrable experience leading global teams in various SAP technical areas—including ABAP, PI/PO, BW, Basis, Infrastructure, GRC, and Solman.
- Ability to program/code in SAP ABAP.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC systems.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; an additional French language proficiency is advantageous.

- A consultative approach to projects, with the capability to align outcomes and desired technical solutions at an enterprise level.
- Ability to analyze, design, and develop a software solution roadmap, coupled with a coherent implementation plan based on current versus future state assessments.
- Working knowledge of configuration choices and related cost implications; experience with complex solution configurations is preferred.
- Knowledge of the full range of solution catalog within a business unit, with the ability to discuss overarching solutions in depth.
- Experience in sustaining operational stability through various lifecycle phases (planning, implementation, steady state, decommissioning); ability to provision and budget via capital and operational means.
- Able to lead early-stage customer interactions and guide clients in developing confidence and comfort with approaches, integrating with their legacy tech investments.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and/or lead blended teams, including third-party partners and customer personnel.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the creativity and curiosity needed to effectively communicate and influence at all organizational levels.
- Proven analytical and problem resolution capabilities.
- Ability to influence and build consensus with other IT teams and leadership.
