  • Coordinate complex, cross-functional due diligence (financial, commercial, legal, and tax).
  • Prepare high-quality investment materials, including investment memoranda, board presentations, management decks, NBOs, BOs, and decision papers.
  • Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and execution in collaboration with senior leadership and external advisors.
  • Conduct in-depth market, industry, and competitive analyses to identify inorganic growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate acquisition targets, partnerships, and divestment options in alignment with corporate strategy.

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
  • 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Advisory (Big 4 experience is a plus).
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise with hands-on transaction execution experience.
  • Solid understanding of M&A processes, due diligence frameworks, and deal structuring.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English and French (business fluent); proficiency in German is a plus.
