Position Overview
As a Senior Specialist in Marketing Programs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering global internal marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Programs, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive critical internal programs aligned with Johnson Controls' marketing priorities, enterprise strategy, and growth areas. At the intersection of programs, platforms, and people, you will inform, connect, and engage marketing teams worldwide, curating meaningful touchpoints for the global marketing community while ensuring consistent communication and program delivery.
Your Responsibilities
Program Development & Management
- Plan and deliver a calendar of virtual internal events along with program updates.
- Drive the strategic direction and execution of the Global Marketing Community portal in partnership with key stakeholders, including ongoing development and updates.
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing programs that align with business objectives and address target audience needs.
- Utilize best-in-class project management techniques to ensure consistent planning for the execution of strategic goals and timely accomplishment of tasks.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Define, optimize, and evolve marketing processes, deploying suitable tools to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Send regular communication updates that share best practices and align with global priorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of international experience in marketing, communications, or project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 applications, virtual events, and collaboration platforms; familiarity with digital and email marketing tools is preferred.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within an international, matrixed organization.
- Excellent written and spoken English is required.
Contract Details
This position is offered as a fixed-term contract with a duration of 12 months.
