What You Will Do
As a Senior Specialist in Marketing Programs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering global internal marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Programs, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive essential internal global programs that align with Johnson Controls’ marketing priorities, enterprise strategy, and growth areas. Positioned at the heart of programs, platforms, and people, you will inform, connect, and engage marketing teams worldwide, curating meaningful touchpoints for the global marketing community while ensuring consistent communication and program delivery.
How You Will Do It
Program Development & Management
- Plan and deliver a calendar of virtual internal events and program updates.
- Drive the strategic direction and execution of the Global Marketing Community portal, collaborating with key stakeholders on development, updates, and continuous evolution.
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing programs that align with business objectives and meet target audience needs.
- Apply best-in-class project management techniques to ensure a consistent planning process for executing strategic goals and the timely accomplishment of tasks.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Define, optimize, and evolve marketing processes while deploying appropriate tools to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Send regular communication updates, sharing best practices and aligning with global priorities.
What We Look For
- A minimum of 5 years of international experience in marketing, communications, or project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 applications, virtual events, and collaboration platforms; familiarity with digital and email marketing tools is preferred.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in an international, matrixed organization.
- Excellent written and spoken English is required.
