Your Mission:

Your mission is to develop disruptive processes that enable unprecedented product performance while also ensuring more efficient, sustainable, and agile manufacturing within a team of dedicated innovation engineers. As a key contributor, you will translate and develop innovative ideas into scalable manufacturing technologies and machine constructions. Leveraging your interdisciplinary knowledge in mechanical and process engineering, you will design new manufacturing solutions—potentially inspired by other industries—to push the boundaries of ease, speed, agility, and sustainability in sports goods manufacturing. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on mentality, you will work independently and flexibly, tackling challenging projects from concept to practical implementation and scale-up. Through continuous innovation, you will stretch the limits of materials, technology, and processes, always keeping an eye on the big picture.

Your Story:

  • Passion for process and product development, as well as robotics
  • Proven track record of completing projects that involve building machines, automating processes, or other impressive achievements
  • Advanced knowledge in applied mechanical engineering (including CAD) and automation (PLC programming) in a related field
  • Understanding of polymers and their processing techniques—extrusion experience is a plus
  • Experience with industrial multi-axis robots
  • An innovative mindset with a strong drive to push the boundaries of product and process engineering
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as an engineer in the tech industry
  • Experience managing external development stakeholders to develop and scale up new manufacturing technologies (flexibility and willingness to travel when required)
  • Ability to work independently under a deadline on multiple projects simultaneously, employing both innovative ideas and engineering problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style between engineers, designers, product experts, and cross-functional non-product creation partners
