Your role will be essential in establishing synergies, simplifying complexities, and prioritizing key initiatives that drive On's mission forward.
Your Mission
- Organize and conduct workshops, business process studies, and requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Establish an overview of the requirements as defined by business stakeholders, including both business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to conceive high-level solutions and document these in relevant deliverables like Solution Design Documents and Functional Specifications.
- Facilitate the development of ‘to be’ business processes, discussing these with business stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics standards for configuration and customizations.
- Develop detailed specifications that are easily understood by development teams.
- Provide advice during the implementation cycle, including configuration, customization, and testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Analyze defects and recommend options for resolution.
- Support the enhancement of our BI landscape by ensuring the availability of high-quality data to drive business process improvements.
Your Story
- 5+ years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- A deep understanding of relevant supply chain business processes, complemented by a strong general business acumen and experience in defining ‘to be’ process structures.
- A comprehensive appreciation of agile methodologies, enabling you to understand business needs and transform them into effective solutions.
- Broad technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including out-of-the-box functionality and limitations.
- Experience in performing fit/gap analysis between business requirements and out-of-the-box functionality.
- Proficiency in documenting and communicating solution overviews and functional designs.
- Experience in defining and executing end-to-end functional testing.
- Ability to develop and deliver comprehensive end-user training.
- An understanding of business transformation programs beyond just technology or software implementations.
- Self-driven, customer service-oriented, and an excellent problem solver.
- A passion for new challenges and a desire to learn from them.
