Your role will be pivotal in building synergies, reducing complexities, and prioritizing essential work areas that further On's mission.
Your Mission
- Organize and conduct workshops, business process study, and requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Establish an overview of the requirements defined by business stakeholders, including the definition of business and technical requirements.
- Work closely with the Solution Architect to conceive high-level solutions and document them in relevant deliverable documents like Solution Design Document and Functional Specifications.
- Facilitate the development of ‘to be’ business processes and discuss these with business stakeholders.
- Ensure a high level of product best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics standards and supported configurations/customizations.
- Develop appropriately detailed specifications to ensure clarity of understanding for the development teams.
- Provide advice during the implementation cycle, including configuration, customization, and testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Analyze defects and advise on options for resolution.
- Support the improvement of our BI landscape by ensuring the availability of high-quality data to drive business process improvements.
Your Story
- 5+ years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- A deep understanding of relevant supply chain business processes, alongside strong general business knowledge and experience in defining 'to be' process structures.
- A robust appreciation of agile methodologies, enabling you to understand business needs and transform them into effective solutions.
- Broad technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including out-of-the-box functionality and its limitations.
- Experience in performing fit/gap analysis between business requirements and standard functionality.
- Proficient in documenting and communicating solution overviews and functional designs.
- Experience in defining and executing end-to-end functional testing.
- Experience in developing and delivering end-user training.
- An understanding of business transformation programs, not limited to technology or software implementations.
- Self-driven, customer service-oriented, and an excellent problem solver.
- An eagerness to embrace new challenges and learn from them.
