Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP Data Migration Consultant with extensive SNP experience to contribute to a significant SAP transformation programme. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing migration requirements, supporting the definition of the overall SAP data migration strategy, and providing recommendations regarding the configuration and use of SNP migration solutions and tools.

This position is senior and hands-on, requiring a strong background in data analysis, mapping, and transformation, along with the capability to work independently while offering technical insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the existing data landscape and migration requirements.
• Contribute to defining the SAP data migration strategy.
• Analyze migration objects, mappings, and transformation rules.
• Define recommendations regarding SNP configuration and usage.
• Identify migration constraints, dependencies, and risks.
• Contribute to data quality, validation, and reconciliation principles.
• Collaborate closely with the Data Work Package Leader, functional teams, and technical experts.
• Support the preparation and planning of migration execution activities.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations throughout the migration workstream.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in SAP Data Migration.
• Hands-on experience with SNP migration solutions/tools.
• Strong skills in data analysis, mapping, and transformation.
• Experience in defining migration and transformation rules.
• Good understanding of SAP data models and structures.
• Experience working on complex SAP transformation programmes.
• Ability to work independently and provide clear technical recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience within the aerospace industry.
• Experience working on large-scale SAP transformation or S/4HANA programmes.
