Job Title: Senior SAP TM Consultant - Remote (Europe)
RED Global is seeking an experienced Senior SAP TM Consultant to support a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving transportation management processes, gathering requirements, designing solutions, conducting testing activities, and providing deployment support across global business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and shape global and country-specific Transportation Management requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Ensure that Transportation Management process flows are integrated within end-to-end business scenarios and assist in PQ script preparation.
- Create, update, and facilitate the execution of PQ scripts and testing activities.
- Lead business workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize transportation planning and execution processes.
- Support deployments, cutover activities, user training, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of SAP experience, with a strong focus on SAP TM and S/4HANA Transportation Management.
- Proven experience as an SAP TM Solution Architect on global implementation, rollout, or transformation projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Freight Order Management, Transportation Planning, Carrier Selection, Freight Settlement, Charge Calculation, Logistics Integration, and TM Master Data.
- Experience integrating SAP TM with EWM, SD, MM, and external logistics/carrier systems.
- Strong skills in workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, testing, and deployment.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
