As a member of our Advanced Technology team, you will explore the boundaries of robot autonomy and intelligence. Your responsibilities will include evaluating state-of-the-art AI, planning, and control technologies—ranging from innovative environment perception techniques to advanced planning algorithms—in order to tackle some of the most challenging real-world deployment scenarios.

Your Contributions

• Explore, develop, and implement cutting-edge advancements in robotics, machine learning, planning, and control.
• Identify emerging technologies, conduct evaluations, and translate findings into innovative products.
• Develop prototypes and conduct pilot projects to test new technologies in controlled environments.
• Drive collaborations with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders to leverage external expertise and accelerate innovation.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the adoption and integration of new technologies into existing systems.

Your Profile

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in a research or advanced development setting.
• Extensive knowledge of modern deep reinforcement learning techniques and architectures, with experience in training and fine-tuning such systems.
• Proficient in designing and deploying state-of-the-art control and planning algorithms for real-world robotics or autonomous systems.
• Strong practical experience across the MLOps pipeline, from data collection to GPU-based deployment.
• Adept at fast prototyping, concept validation, and rapid iteration.
• Excellent self-management and project ownership skills, with the ability to align your work with strategic goals.
• Programming proficiency in C++ and Python, with the ability to write clean and efficient code.
• Familiarity with GPU programming and a desire to enhance knowledge and performance tuning as necessary.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively sharing knowledge and insights with others.
