Your Role:

Acquire a sizable NNM from HNW and UHNW prospects. Manage the acquired portfolio in collaboration with the Investment Advisor. Ensure that prospect and client needs are thoroughly assessed, and risk appetites are understood and respected. Drive growth by building a long-term, sustainably profitable client base through new client acquisition.

We’re looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to:

  • Develop and maintain trustworthy client partnerships with a primary focus on strategic advice.
  • Implement a quantitative prospect development plan with measurable actions.
  • Define advisory processes and agreements that best meet our clients’ needs, in cooperation with the Investment Advisor.
  • Provide high-quality investment options for clients, working closely with team members and specialists from other areas.
  • Grow the local market network through referrals and by identifying new prospects.
  • Ensure clients are managed in a manner that contributes to an effective risk culture on the team.

You’ll be working within the Saudi team in Geneva. This benefits our UHNW and HNW clients, who bank with a truly global wealth manager. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you'll play a crucial role in helping us expand our Saudi business.

Your Expertise:

  • Previous experience in wealth management, ideally at least 10 years in a client-facing role in the Saudi market.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial products and services.
  • A proven track record in finding solutions for clients.
  • Strong ability to build networks and connections, with personal contacts to potential (U)HNW clients in Saudi.
  • Highly organized, with excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, complemented by great presentation abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic to effectively support the local client base.
