Your Role:

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in acquiring a substantial NNM from High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) prospects. You will manage the acquired portfolio collaboratively with the Investment Advisor, ensuring that client needs are evaluated and their risk appetite is understood and respected. Your mission is to drive growth by establishing a long-term, sustainably profitable client book through New Client Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain trustworthy client partnerships with a primary focus on strategic advice.
  • Implement a quantitative prospect development plan with measurable actions.
  • Define advisory processes and agreements that best meet our clients’ needs, in collaboration with the Investment Advisor.
  • Provide high-quality investment options for clients by closely working with team members and specialists from other areas.
  • Expand the local market network through referrals and by identifying new prospects.
  • Ensure clients are managed in a way that fosters an effective risk culture within the team.

You will be part of the Saudi team located in Geneva, where we foster a vibrant and friendly work environment. Our comprehensive product offerings and access to various specialists—including investment banking, wealth planning, art advisory, and philanthropy—benefit our UHNW and HNW clients who choose to bank with a truly global wealth manager. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our Saudi business.

Your Expertise:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management, preferably in a client-facing role within the Saudi market.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Proven track record in devising solutions for clients.
  • Exceptional networking skills, with a strong network in Saudi Arabia, including personal contacts with potential UHNW clients.
  • Highly organized, with excellent planning abilities and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic to effectively support the local client base.
