Your Role

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring a substantial Net New Money (NNM) from High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) prospects. You will collaborate closely with the Investment Advisor to manage the portfolio you acquire. Your primary focus will be assessing the needs of prospects and clients, understanding their risk appetites, and driving sustainable growth through strategic client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain trustworthy client partnerships, concentrating on delivering strategic advice.
  • Implement a quantitative prospect development plan with measurable actions.
  • Define advisory processes and agreements that address our clients’ needs, in collaboration with the Investment Advisor.
  • Offer high-quality investment options for clients, working closely with team members and specialists from various fields.
  • Expand the local market network through referrals and by identifying new prospects.
  • Ensure clients are managed in a way that promotes an effective risk culture within the team.

Your Team

You will be part of the Saudi team located in Geneva, where we foster a vibrant and friendly work environment. We provide access to an unrivaled product shelf and various specialists, including investment banking, wealth planning, art advisory, and philanthropy. This comprehensive support enhances the experience for our UHNW and HNW clients, allowing you to play a crucial role in expanding our Saudi business.

Your Expertise

  • At least 10 years of experience in wealth management, ideally in a client-facing role within the Saudi market.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Proven track record of providing innovative solutions to clients.
  • Strong ability to build networks and connections within Saudi, with personal relationships with potential (U)HNW clients.
  • Highly organized with excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic to effectively support the local client base.
