Your Role:

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will focus on acquiring a significant amount of Net New Money (NNM) from High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra High-Net-Worth (UHNW) prospects. You will manage the acquired portfolio collaboratively with the Investment Advisor, ensuring that the needs and risk appetites of clients are thoroughly assessed and respected. Your mission will be to drive growth by developing a long-term and sustainably profitable client base through effective new client acquisition.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture trustworthy client partnerships with a strong emphasis on strategic advice.
  • Implement a quantitative prospect development plan with measurable actions.
  • Define advisory processes and agreements that best align with our clients’ needs in cooperation with the Investment Advisor.
  • Provide high-quality investment options for clients while collaborating with team members and specialists from various fields.
  • Expand the local market network through referrals and by identifying new prospects.
  • Ensure clients are managed in a way that fosters an effective risk culture within the team.

Your Team:

You will be part of the Saudi team based in Geneva. We offer a vibrant and friendly work environment, a diverse range of products, and access to various specialists such as investment banking, wealth planning, art advisory, and philanthropy. This service framework is designed to benefit our UHNW and HNW clients who choose to bank with a truly global wealth manager. Your role is critical in helping us expand our Saudi business.

Your Expertise:

  • At least 10 years of experience in wealth management, ideally in a client-facing role within the Saudi market.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Proven track record of providing solutions for clients.
  • Strong networking skills with a robust personal network among potential (U)HNW clients in Saudi Arabia.
  • Highly organized with excellent planning capabilities and effective time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic to effectively support our local client base.
