Your Role

Acquire a sizable NNM from HNW and UHNW prospects. Manage the acquired portfolio collaboratively with the Investment Advisor. Ensure that prospect and client needs are assessed while understanding and respecting their risk appetite. Drive growth by building a long-term, sustainably profitable client book through New Client Acquisition.

Do you excel at providing superior investment advice that enhances client wealth? We’re looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to:

  • Develop and maintain trustworthy client partnerships, focusing on strategic advice.
  • Implement a quantitative prospect development plan with measurable actions.
  • Define advisory processes and agreements that best meet our clients’ needs in cooperation with the Investment Advisor.
  • Provide high-quality investment options for clients, collaborating closely with team members and specialists from other areas.
  • Grow the local market network through referrals and by identifying new prospects.
  • Manage clients in a manner that contributes to an effective risk culture within the team.

Your Team

You’ll be working within the Saudi team in Geneva, where we offer a lively and friendly work environment along with an unrivaled product shelf. Access to various specialists—including Investment Banking, Wealth Planning, Art Advisory, and Philanthropy—ensures that our UHNW and HNW customers receive exceptional service. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you'll be integral to expanding our Saudi business.

Your Expertise

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management, ideally in a client-facing role within the Saudi market.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial products and services.
  • A proven track record of providing solutions for clients.
  • Excellent networking skills with a strong personal connection to (U)HNW clients in Saudi Arabia.
  • Highly organized, with exceptional planning skills and efficient time management.
  • Outstanding communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic to effectively support our local client base.
