Senior Relationship Manager - Turkish Desk
Key Responsibilities
- Manage private banking customers of Turkish origin with assets ranging from 1 to over 20 million.
- Acquire new clients and expand the local market network through referrals and the identification of new prospects.
- Prepare investment proposals and present them to clients.
- Conduct business reviews on customer portfolios, including planning and developing portfolio composition, income, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and any new regulatory developments.
- Travel to Turkey regularly.
- Play a key role in the growth of the Turkish desk.
Your Profile
- Over 10 years of professional experience in private banking and investment advisory.
- Master’s degree in Banking or Finance or an equivalent qualification. Certifications such as CWMA, EFPA, CFA, CAIA, or similar will be advantageous.
- Proven expertise in Turkish financial products and markets, with a strong understanding of the local regulatory and business environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Turkish culture.
- Extensive experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, develop, and coordinate diverse professionals.
- Strong financial communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and effectively for target audiences.
- Ability to meet deadlines with the highest level of accuracy.
- Exceptional relationship management skills with the capacity to build trusted partnerships and deliver client-focused solutions.
- Combine persuasive social and problem-solving skills with a strong service orientation, discipline, and a high-quality mindset.
- Highly self-motivated, open-minded, quick learner, and well-organized, with excellent time management skills.
- A reliable team player with a strong sense of responsibility and adaptability to changing demands.
