POSITION AVAILABLE
We are currently seeking a Senior React Frontend Developer (full-time, onsite in St. Gallen). This role is suited for someone eager to contribute to LocalBini’s IT transformation.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain the front-end of an application built on microservices in AWS. You will engage in front-end feature development using React.js, write tests (unit and e2e), and ensure smooth transitions during application transformation. As part of a cross-functional team, you will drive the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment, collaborating with developers located in Poznan, Łódź, and Warsaw.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the existing development team (remotely based) and the St. Gallen business team to ideate software solutions.
- Engage with the UI/UX designer to exchange ideas.
- Build logic and UI for the front-end app using React.js.
- Write unit and e2e tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress.js).
- Adapt the app for mobile devices (Responsive Web Design).
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to enhance LocalBini's UX.
- Integrate with external systems, such as Google Analytics.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- At least four (4) years of experience with React.js and its ecosystem.
- Hands-on skills with our technology stack (React.js, Styled Components, REST API, AWS).
- Solid knowledge of Redux (with Redux Toolkit) and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, with attention to detail during development.
- Experience in proper platform testing, particularly end-to-end tests using Cypress.js.
- Fluent in English.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Experience with Flutter.
- Experience with Figma.
