WE ARE HIRING: Senior React Frontend Developer
We are looking for a dedicated and talented Senior React Frontend Developer (full-time, onsite in St. Gallen) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone eager to contribute to LocalBini’s IT transformation.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain the front-end components of our application, which is built on microservices hosted on AWS. Key aspects of your daily work will include:
- Front-end feature development using React.js technology.
- Writing comprehensive tests (unit and end-to-end).
- Ensuring smooth transitions during the application transformation.
You will collaborate as part of a cross-functional team that oversees the complete software development life cycle, from conception to deployment, working alongside developers based in Poznan, Łódź, and Warsaw.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the existing development team (remotely) and the St. Gallen business team to conceptualize software solutions.
- Exchange ideas with our UI/UX designer.
- Develop logical structures and UI components for the front-end application using React.js.
- Create unit and end-to-end tests (using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress.js).
- Ensure the application is responsive and optimized for mobile devices.
- Write clear technical documentation.
- Work closely with data scientists and analysts to enhance the LocalBini user experience.
- Facilitate integrations with external systems, such as Google Analytics.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience with React.js and its ecosystem.
- Proven hands-on expertise with our technology stack (React.js, Styled Components, REST API, AWS).
- Strong knowledge of Redux (with Redux Toolkit) and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and an eye for detail during the development process.
- Experience with thorough platform testing, including end-to-end tests using Cypress.js.
- Fluency in English.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Flutter.
- Experience with Figma.
