Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teammates to assist in learning all facets of automated trading
• Develop expertise in market microstructure, tick data, and automated trading systems
• Build and maintain trading quantitative model tools and analytics
• Develop, code, maintain, and support production-quality automated trading strategies

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and a commitment to accomplishing tasks effectively
• Passion for applying mathematics and software to markets and trading
• Demonstrable expertise in computing, mathematics, probability, statistics, and finance. Candidates without a graduate-level math background will not be considered.
• Proficiency and experience in programming languages (C++, C#, Python, R). Linux scripting is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive within a team in a fast-paced environment
• MS or PhD in a technical field, or 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
