Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teammates to gain insights into all facets of automated trading.
  • Acquire expertise in market microstructure, tick data, and automated trading systems.
  • Build and maintain trading quantitative model tools and analytics.
  • Develop, code, maintain, and support production-quality automated trading strategies.

Requirements

  • A strong work ethic and a willingness to do what it takes to achieve results.
  • A passion for mathematics and software applied to markets and trading.
  • Demonstrated expertise in computing, mathematics, probability, statistics, and finance. Candidates without a graduate-level math background will not be considered.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, Python, and R. Experience with Linux scripting is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • An MS or PhD in a technical field, or 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience.
