Position: Lead Psychotherapist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostics and therapy for a wide range of disorders in the outpatient sector.
- Lead collaborative efforts with fellow psychotherapists, providing professional guidance in specific areas of expertise.
- Build and mentor the psychotherapist team, facilitating training and development.
- Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with external psychiatrists and doctors to expand your professional network.
Requirements
- Completed psychotherapy training with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
- A valid professional practice permit (BAB) from the canton, or the necessary qualifications to obtain one.
- Previous leadership experience is highly desirable.
