Join Our Team as a Lead Psychotherapist
We are seeking to enhance our modern practice community located in a prime area of Baden by adding a dedicated Lead Psychotherapist to our team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for diagnostics and therapy within the outpatient sector, conducting therapies for a comprehensive spectrum of disorders.
- In close collaboration with other psychotherapists, provide professional leadership in selected areas of expertise.
- Build and develop the psychotherapist team while providing teaching and training to fellow therapists.
- Lead the team and continuously expand your knowledge in various therapy modalities.
- Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with external psychiatrists and physicians, enhancing your professional network.
Requirements
- Successfully completed psychotherapy training with a minimum of three years of experience in the field.
- A valid professional practice permit (BAB) from the canton, or the eligibility to obtain one.
- Preferably possess prior leadership experience.
