Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for the entire property accounting process. Your key duties will include:
- Accurate recording of all business transactions.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts for condominiums and rental properties.
- Independent management of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Creation of budgets, cost controls, and reports.
- Acting as the point of contact for auditors and external parties.
- Pragmatically optimizing accounting processes.
- Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements.
- Collaboration with property management and external partners.
We Expect
The ideal candidate will have:
- A commercial basic education, with additional training in property accounting being an advantage.
- Several years of experience in property accounting.
- The ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and reliably.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and a foundational understanding of property law.
- Familiarity with accounting software, ideally Quorum.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- A sense of responsibility without necessarily holding a formal leadership role.
