Project Description
You will spearhead a high-impact transformation project that is reshaping our clients' Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) across the enterprise, propelling us into an AI-enabled future. Collaborating with international, cross-functional teams, you will serve as the strategic connector between business and technology, driving modern software engineering practices and facilitating organizational transitions. If you excel in navigating complex changes, managing executive stakeholders, and cultivating momentum across diverse teams, this role provides the mandate and visibility to create a lasting, enterprise-wide impact.
What You Will Do
- Lead a transformational project valued at over CHF 15m, harmonizing the SDLC across SIX.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, security, risk, compliance, operations, data/AI) across various locations and entities to achieve desired outcomes.
- Drive executive stakeholder management, shape decisions in governance forums, and ensure measurable business outcomes (time-to-market, quality, resilience).
- Plan and execute standards adoption and AI readiness alongside SDLC Change Leads in different organizational units.
- Create momentum and inspire engagement through effective communication, branding, and events.
- Oversee end-to-end project controls, including deliverables, scope, budget, dependencies, risks, and reporting.
Requirements
- Master's degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) required.
- PRINCE2 (or PMP/IPMA equivalent) certification required.
- 7+ years of experience leading transformational and software delivery projects.
- 4–6 years of experience in the banking sector.
- Strong relationship management, marketing, and sales skills.
- Excellent coordination, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
- Proven cross-functional and international project leadership.
- Solid presentation and facilitation skills.
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience in organizational transformation initiatives.
- Strong project management expertise.
- Working knowledge of BI/analytics, programming, and modern SDLC tools (SAFe, Scrum, DevSecOps, CI/CD).
- 6+ years of well-developed interpersonal skills (teamwork, communication, emotional intelligence, conflict handling, adaptability).
- Fluent in English required; proficiency in German, Spanish, or Polish is a plus.
