Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and engineer customized industrial systems, including electrical schematics, customer-specific software (PLC), and system testing while ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Manage the technical and commercial aspects of high-power rectifier systems (up to 100 kA/2000 V), including detailed engineering, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance globally.
  • Collaborate with customers and suppliers to verify technical solutions, address issues, and conduct customer training.
  • Contribute to new product development projects and support innovation initiatives.

Qualifications for the Role

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering and several years of experience in engineering and commissioning of High Power Rectifier Systems.
  • Proficiency in E-CAD (E3 – Zuken) and PLC programming (AC 800PEC, Allen-Bradley, and ABB Panel 800 series), along with a strong affinity for IT (hardware, software, and protocols).
  • A dedicated focus on safe work practices, adhering to all relevant safety guidelines.
  • High self-motivation, curiosity, and a desire to learn about new technologies.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused mindset with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, with German and any additional languages considered an asset.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (30%-40%).
