Senior Platform Engineer
As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in executing the technical vision set by the Head of Infrastructure. This position emphasizes operating, stabilizing, and modernizing our on-premises infrastructure. Your responsibilities will involve a balanced hands-on approach to managing existing platforms and legacy systems while designing and implementing new, automated, and scalable capabilities.
Collaborating closely with the Software Engineering team, you will help to build and evolve internal platforms and shared services that enhance reliability, security, and developer experience across both legacy and modern environments. This role requires thoughtful integration—bridging current systems with newer platform approaches such as infrastructure-as-code, automation, and container-based workloads when appropriate.
Your focus will be on reducing operational friction, standardizing workflows, and introducing self-service capabilities in a way that adheres to regulatory, security, and on-premises constraints. By treating infrastructure and platforms as long-lived products and aligning with the Head of Infrastructure’s direction, you will contribute to a stable and secure foundation while enabling the next generation of our technical platform.
