Your Responsibilities
- Build project schedules that encompass the full project scope, milestones, and timelines, utilizing critical path methodology.
- Define clear responsibilities and ownership for all project outcomes through the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology.
- Ensure the schedule complies with the project execution plan, particularly regarding contracting, procurement, and project control strategy documents and plans.
- Establish a clear method for baseline schedules and manage periodic updates.
- Manage the fully integrated project schedule, structuring it for review at various levels and details.
- Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies with key partners to achieve outstanding client outcomes.
- Provide regular updates on schedule progress.
- Review external schedules to confirm adherence to scheduling best practices.
Qualifications

- Have developed your planning and scheduling skills.
- Have demonstrated experience in quantitative risk assessment (QRA) and can effectively interpret and communicate findings to key partners.
- Are proficient in using Primavera P6 planning software to create schedules.
- Hold a degree or possess equivalent experience in project management or construction.
- Are detail-oriented and quality-focused.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy managing your own priorities and deadlines.
