Key Responsibilities
- Build project schedules encompassing the full project scope, milestones, and timelines, utilizing critical path methodology.
- Define clear responsibility and ownership for all project outcomes through the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology.
- Ensure the schedule adheres to the project execution plan, particularly concerning contracting, procurement, and project control strategy documents.
- Establish a clear method for baselining schedules and manage periodic updates.
- Manage the fully integrated project schedule, structuring it for review at varying levels of detail.
- Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners to achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Provide regular updates on schedule progress.
- Review external schedules to ensure compliance with scheduling best practices.
Candidate Profile

- Have developed your planning and scheduling skills.
- Possess demonstrated experience in quantitative risk assessment (QRA) and can expertly interpret and communicate findings to key partners.
- Have practical experience using Primavera P6 planning software to build schedules.
- Hold a degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
- Are detail-oriented and focused on quality.
