Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Building project schedules that encompass the full project scope, milestones, and timelines using critical path methodology.
- Defining clear responsibilities and ownership for all project outcomes through Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology.
- Ensuring that the schedule aligns with the project execution plan and relevant contracting, procurement, and project control strategies.
- Establishing a systematic approach for baselining schedules and managing periodic updates.
- Managing a fully integrated project schedule, structuring it to facilitate reviews at various levels of detail.
- Negotiating and mediating timelines and project interdependencies among key partners to achieve exceptional client outcomes.
- Providing regular progress updates on the schedule.
- Reviewing external schedules to confirm adherence to scheduling best practices.
What We Are Looking For
We would love to hear from you if you meet the following criteria:
- You have developed planning and scheduling skills throughout your career.
- You possess expertise in quantitative risk assessment (QRA) and can effectively communicate findings to key stakeholders.
- You have hands-on experience using Primavera P6 planning software to create schedules.
- You hold a degree or have comparable experience in project management or construction.
- You are detail-oriented and focused on quality.
- You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy managing your own priorities and deadlines.
