Position: Senior Physician Geriatric Psychiatry (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Treat and assess older patients with psychiatric disorders while providing consultations.
• Implement advanced treatment concepts tailored to individual patient needs.
• Maintain interdisciplinary collaboration with general practitioners, nursing professionals, and social workers.
• Coach resident physicians and psychologists in their professional development.

Requirements

• An open personality with strong professional and organizational competence.
• Experience in geriatric psychiatry is beneficial.
• A convincing team player who enjoys working with older patients.
• Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy (FMH or EU) is required.
• Focus area in geriatric psychiatry or willingness to pursue this specialty.
• Very good German language skills.
