Chief Physician for Psychiatry / Rehabilitation (m/f/d)

We are seeking a dedicated Chief Physician for Psychiatry to join our permanent team at a psychiatric rehabilitation facility in Eastern Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and professional leadership of psychological therapists in diagnostic, therapeutic, and administrative matters.
• Independent psychotherapy in individual and group settings for inpatients.
• Participation in on-call duty.
• Leading patient groups.
• Active involvement in the further development of the treatment concept.

Requirements

• Completed specialist medical training in psychiatry and psychotherapy.
• Solid psychotherapeutic training, preferably with a psychodynamic or integrative approach.
• A passion for psychotherapeutic work.
• High degree of empathy, resilience, team spirit, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
