- Specialist title in General Internal Medicine (FMH or equivalent)
- Several years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine, ideally as a senior physician
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and dedication to training assistant doctors
- Decisiveness and a strong sense of responsibility in patient care
- Structured and solutions-oriented working style
- Highly proficient in the German language, both spoken and written
