Your Responsibilities:
- Manage challenging recruitment mandates for specialist and management positions in the construction industry and other sectors for SMEs and large companies.
- Take full responsibility for the recruitment process, from analyzing personnel needs, conducting targeted direct outreach, and personal interviews to successful contract signing.
- Proactively advise clients and develop tailored recruiting strategies based on your keen sense of market developments and industry trends, establishing yourself as a trusted partner.
- Maintain and expand your own network of candidates, utilizing creative sourcing methods and innovative tools to quickly identify top talent.
- Support brand awareness development by positioning yourself as a thought leader, sharing ideas, and actively shaping our processes.
Your Profile:
- Several years of solid professional experience in recruitment, preferably focused on challenging specialist and management positions within the Swiss market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a confident demeanor and a passion for working with demanding clients.
- Affinity for digital recruitment methods, creativity in active sourcing, and an innovative perspective on the job market.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and a commitment to quality in customer and candidate experiences.
- Fluency in German at a native level; additional language skills are a plus.
