Our team operates from three state-of-the-art locations: the Audi Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany, known for its cutting-edge facilities; the innovative Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; and the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre in the UK, which is currently in its launch phase and continuously evolving. In Neuburg, we develop our power units, while Hinwil is the hub for chassis development and race operations.

Your Mission
- Manage the delivery of all contractual rights for each partner, ensuring world-class execution across events, digital platforms, broadcast, reporting, and hospitality.
- Oversee team members to guarantee the highest level of partnership delivery across all verticals.
- Develop and implement an efficient account management structure that enhances communication and productivity, including regular calls, status updates, and face-to-face meetings.
- Maintain and nurture positive relationships with all partner stakeholders, from day-to-day contacts to CEO/board level.
- Collaborate closely with partners and supporting agencies to define clear sponsorship strategies with measurable KPIs aligned with mutual objectives.
- Lead and define partner KPIs on an annual basis, acting as a bridge between the Audi Revolut F1 Team and all partner activities.
- Diligently manage reporting on partner KPIs, providing insights and case studies to showcase the value and impact of the partnerships.
- Establish an internal reporting mechanism within the Audi Revolut F1 Team to provide timely updates to all stakeholders, including Senior Management.
- Assist the senior management team with contract renewals, ensuring continued engagement and satisfaction of existing partners.
- Facilitate the coordination and support of special events such as partnership workshops, screenings, and technical workshops.
- Collaborate with other commercial teams (e.g., Marketing, Events, Digital) to devise ideas and activations that align with partner interests and support broader business objectives.
- Develop robust internal relationships, understanding different departmental functions to enhance mutual support in strategic and operational tasks.
- Manage a seven-figure budget aimed at maximizing partner activation value.
Your Profile
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in sports marketing, partnership management, or a similar client-facing role, including experience with IT and engineering technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative sponsorship activations that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- A deep understanding of brand communications and the role of sponsorship within the broader marketing landscape.
- High degree of independence and comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and advanced ability to build and maintain relationships across various levels of an organization.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of identifying opportunities for partner value enhancement.
- Willingness to travel and represent the team at various events and meetings.
- A robust professional network within the sports sponsorship industry is highly desirable.
- Fluent in business English.
